Re: COZY: Spinner Aerodynamic Benefits
My spinner gives me 50 Kts on the ramp and nothing measurable in the air ( pressure recovery at work )

Richard,
I just wonder how you go about flying in our National Airspace System without being the recipient of subsidies? You do not beleive that all those operations on airports operated by some state

Here's my rear seat sump before the top went on and the install. It's about 4" high in back to match 4" thick upholstery. A partition for L/R tanks with a flop tube in the larger side. It's all Kevlar

Rear seat sump
Anyone have a picture showing a rear seat fuel sump (under GIB seat)? Please share.
I'm not personally doing it. I would like to see different ways to utilize that space.
Regards,
Dave Anderson

I believe you're referring to the Vortilons. They are not cosmetic. I believe they came into existence with the supplemental LongEz Roncz canard plans, and were required.

Missing Part Of A Wing - How Much Does It Matter
Hey Guys,
I noticed that I'm missing one of those strake things that hang down from my wing.
It's the outboard one on the starboard wing.
How much does it matter and how would I go about replacing

Ummm, that's just not true. Curt Smith gave a presentation at OSH on the gear leg fairings he installed

Hey Guys,
How much aerodynamic benefit does a spinner provide? Also, are the rear-mount spinners as effective as the type that covers the hub?
Additionally, how much difference does a flow guide

Why do you believe belleville washers on your prop bolts and installing a spinner are mutually exclusive?
