I don't think a balloon will give you more than 1 psi...or 27.7 inches of water. Although it would be nice if someone verified this with an altimeter. I get the 9" toy balloons at the supermarket. I h

Thanks to those who have jumped in on this discussion. First, Ken and Bruce are exactly correct on their advice....you don't want to do vinyl esters over epoxy. Supposedly you can do epoxy over vinyle
