Experience with RV aircraft?
Speaking of making you lazy, one thing I think of the few times I've overshot base to final and just cranked it around to where I wanted to go - do that in a "normal" plane and you could easily end up

Anyone with PMag EMag problems?
Three Klaus failures, none with P-Mag. 4 took a Defiant to Australia and back without issue.

Flying without air cleaner.
Took my air cleaner off to see if the additional air flow would help cooling. The engine ran poorly with weird throttle response.

First Flights after Lycoming Install [1 Attachment]
I used an old cylinder and made glass layups with JB Weld for the epoxy. Then you can trim them to fit and paint. Something you can't do with the silicone old style.

Joe is usually correct.....! Is there any problem with using baby powder? Used it for years but got nervous and bought a jug of the "real" stuff for tires.

The west coast canard fly in is near by in Columbia at the end of the month. Otherwise not much activity around Norcal any more. We used to get together a lot then several sold and more moved and now
