Question on the Belleville washers

I was trying to get some 
    620-125-177 washers for my siver bullet propeller. 
Having said that, I 'm have a hard time finding them. Is there
an alternate more in stock part I can look for.

I know this is a Marc question.

So if you look at the latest version of the belleville installation doc here:


Section 2.2.2 shows an alternative to the Solon washer (which are out of stock, with no availability time known), made by:

with a Part Number:

AB386-1188-95-177

Give them a call - I believe they have these in stock. Then follow the instructions for installation, and let me know if you have any questions.

If you google "belleville washers" you will find multiple companies that mfg and/or sell bellevelle washers. I've even got one quite close, Key Bellevilles, Inc, which I've purchased from in the past.

Of course, you will need to determine whether their product line has exactly what Marc has tested and designed.

I'd contact some, giving them the part number you are looking for. In general, companies in a particular market have some idea what their competition is doing, and just might have specs for what you want.

This ain't rocket science, which today isn't all that special anymore.
