Attached are two pictures. One is the factory pic the other is one that I opened up to show that they are one and the same. There is NO factory warranty. I'm not part of the factory. For what it is worth: I had several pair of these. They all broke the plastic frames did not stand up. I have one last pair the top plastic part is broken, I can get $100 credit if I buy a Zulu set for $850.I do like my Zulu headset.

Hi Charlie, Sorry to hear you had trouble with all time best selling Lightspeed headset. I've had older models in my VEZE for years and one year I had a problem which I emailed I Lightspeed and they told me to send to them. Within a few days they sent me a brand new headset of the same model. Can't ask for better service than that. I have now only 3 left but have a look at the following for sale website on the 20XL: My price is $350 and they are new and not used. Granted Lightspeed doesn't make them anymore but I'm still using my older model and I've never had a problem since. I'm not even sure what Bose is charging these days. Tim
